How to Enrol

Please note there is a separate process for KINDY enrolments 2011 KINDY ENROLMENT PROCESS & CHECKLIST (For Kindy only).

The following is a general explanation of the process for enrolling a student at Hillcrest Christian College that you will find on the downloadable Enrolment Process above. STEP 1:  Fill out the PREP TO YEAR 12 ENROLMENT APPLICATION and forward it to the College with the application fee (refer to 2012 FEE SCHEDULE ) – this is a non-refundable fee. Payment can be made by cheque (made out to Hillcrest Christian College); credit card; EFTPOS at the College Accounts Department or Electronic Transfer (BSB 034 610 Account Number: 109 279, Hillcrest Christian College Working Account, Bank: Westpac Burleigh Waters – please include your family name and indicate that it is ‘application fee payment’).

STEP 2:  Once we have received your application it will be processed to ensure we can adequately cater for your child. To assist us in this process we may offer you an interview.  Our Registrar will be in contact in due course.

STEP 3:  Following the interview, the Principal will notify applicants whether their application has been successful. If a position is available and an enrolment offer is made we will ask you to sign an Enrolment Agreement (Click here to download:  ENROLMENT AGREEMENT before the placement can be finalised (NOTE: the Agreement is used for both Kindy and General Enrolments). You will then be required to pay an enrolment fee and student bond (refer to 2012 FEE SCHEDULE ). The Student Bond is retained until you no longer have a student enrolled at the College.

PAYMENT INFORMATION – For Your Assistance: If you are intending to pay fees via direct credit, please ensure that you include your family code (found on your fee statement) as the reference for our bank statement.  If you are paying at a branch, please fax a copy of the receipt through to the College on 07 5593 4227 (attention: Accounts) so that the funds we receive can be credited to your account. For new accounts, please phone the school on 07 5593 4226 to obtain a relevant reference before you do the transaction or to confirm the payment once it has been made.
